庞庞塔选煤厂分选工艺设计

The effect of coarse slime separation process on the economic benefit of coal preparation plant

摘要: 通过分析整理庞庞塔筛分和浮沉资料,对比了两种选煤方案,最终确定了“预先脱泥+无压给料三产品重介旋流器+TBS分选机+浮选”联合分选工艺。原煤预先脱泥工艺较复杂,但是可以减轻重介系统的压力,减少分流量|TBS流化床分选粗煤泥使整个工艺更加完善并且分选效果更好,在选煤成本相当的条件下,该分选工艺提高了选煤厂的经济效益。

Abstract: Abstract: by analyzing the field screening and floating data, comparison of three kinds of coal preparation plan, and ultimately determine the pre desliming and non pressure feeding three product heavy medium cyclone separator +TBS + flotation separation process. Coal pre desliming process is complex, but can reduce the pressure of heavy medium system, reduce the flow rate; TBS fluidized bed coarse coal slime separation makes the whole process more perfect and better separation effect, cost is in coal preparation conditions, increase the profits of coal preparation plant.
